Q:How do I know which size is best for my dog?

A:After clicking on an item for more details, a sizing chart will be shown to you to help make a sizing choice. Different items may have different sizing requirements so please read the chart carefully.
Some websites will list sizing using your dogs weight. This is an incorrect way (in most cases) to measure size of clothes. The main measurement is the girth of your dog....your dogs chest or stomach, which ever is wider. The girth is the most important measurement.

Q:Who do you use for shipping and how long does it take?

A:We offer you a selection of shipping options. Depending on your options will depend on how long it will take for you to receive your items. Items will ship from NY, USA. You can ship through the US Postal service or UPS ranging from overnight to ground shipping. After you have selected your items for purchase, you can "check out". At this point you will see a link that says "see rates". Click this to view your shipping options and prices.

Q:How much are shipping charges?

A:Shipping charges vary depending on how much was ordered, shipping destination and shipping method. You can ship through the US Postal service or UPS ranging from overnight to ground shipping. In the USA orders over $50 receive free ground shipping.

Q:What is your policy on returns?

A:All sales are final. You may exchange your purchase in its original unused condition within fifteen (15) days for a merchandise exchange. We do not reimburse shipping fees. There is a $1.00 per item processing fee for each item exchanged.
We will give an exchange only, no refunds. Please measure your pet carefully for proper size. See sizing charts on item page.

Any item received and then sent back, by you to us, must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please contact us for this.

Q:What billing name will show up on my credit card?

A:Your credit card will be billed as Deak, LLC for the amount of your purchase.
