Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any information gathered during your sale will stay strictly confidential and will not be shared, sold, traded, shown to, or exchanged with any company outside ours. Your information will not be used to spam you or send catalogs in the mail. We do have an opt in e-mail list for sales and new items.

Returns

All sales are final. You may exchange your purchase in its original unused condition within fifteen (15) days for a merchandise exchange. We do not reimburse shipping fees. There is a $1.00 per item processing fee for each item exchanged.
We will give an exchange only, no refunds. Please measure your pet carefully for proper size. See sizing charts on item page. Not all items measure the same. That is why there are sizing charts for each type of item.

Please do not exchange worn or washed clothing. Items in new unused condition will be accepted only.

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears water damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange. Please contact us if this is the case by emailing us.

Any item received and then sent back by you must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorizatin number). Please contact us for this.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
